Mobile Service Call Fee

Our mobile service fee is designed to bring the repair shop directly to your doorstep, saving you the significant time and hassle of packing up, hitching, and hauling your RV or trailer to a distant dealership. By choosing mobile service, you avoid the stress of navigating traffic and the long wait times typical of service lots. Maintaining a "rolling workshop" involves significant overhead, including rising fuel costs and the excessive wear and tear on our heavy-duty service trucks.

Furthermore, our technicians arrive equipped with professional, specialty tools that would be cost-prohibitive for most owners to purchase for a single repair.

One of the greatest advantages of our on-site service is the transparency it provides; unlike a dealership where your rig disappears behind a bay door, you can watch the repair happen in real-time. We take pride in showing you exactly what went wrong and explaining the "how" and "why" behind the fix, giving you peace of mind and a better understanding of your vehicle’s systems.

Hourly Labor and Diagnosis Rates

Our rates are competitive with other RV repair shops, and we apply a consistent hourly rate for both diagnostics and repairs. We believe troubleshooting is the most critical part of the job; in fact, finding the root cause often takes longer than the physical fix itself.

Because every RV is built differently and maintained to varying standards, labor times can fluctuate significantly based on the unit's condition.

For example, replacing a toilet in a brand-new, well-kept trailer might only take 30 minutes, whereas the same job on an older, unkept unit could take two hours due to rusted hardware or floor damage.

Whether it’s a standard fix or a complex accessory installation, our time reflects the unique care required for your specific setup.

$200

Hourly Sewage Rates

Please note that our sewage repair rates are higher than our standard labor rates because working with waste involves significant biohazards and health risks.

Unlike residential plumbing, RV sewage systems are located above ground, requiring our technicians to crawl directly beneath the unit where they are frequently exposed to falling debris and waste during the repair.

Furthermore, "gray water" is often just as foul and hazardous as black tank waste; over time, the accumulation of hair, dead skin cells, and the buildup of mineral struvite creates a highly unsanitary environment.

These specialized rates allow us to prioritize the safety of our team and the specialized equipment needed to handle these repairs properly.
